No Dogs are allowed on site.

Caravans and Motor Homes are allowed but No Mobile (Static) Homes.

Only normal caravan awnings permitted.

No age limit on the caravans or motor homes.

Renting out of caravans is not allowed.

Easy access to the perimeter of the pitch must be maintained at all times.

Children under the age of 18 years of age are not allowed on as a permanent resident, but are for holidays, under parental guidance only.

Immediate members of the tenant’s family (parents, children, grandchildren) may stay on the pitch. Brother’s, sisters, nieces etc, may also stay provided the tenant is present and the daily fees are paid.

All daily fees must be paid on check in at reception.

No vehicles to move on site between 2400 hours and 0800 hours.

This is not a full list of the rules but does give an idea of that the site is run with a view that you should always respect not only your property but also your neighbour’s privacy and property.
